The forum posting etiquette below has been outlined for all in The Posting Rules to promote a healthy forum environment that is friendly, safe, comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. The Posting Content Rules aren't complicated.

What are they?


Graphic Image Control
These are images, links/threads that are of violent nature or any other images that will make our visitors and members upset or feel uncomfortable. Some viewers are in the workplace as well, and this would be unacceptable in most situations. Images that illustrate graphic content will be deleted.

Graphic Text Comments
These types of comments and links/threads fall in line with the rules stated above. Graphic text comments will be deleted.

Derogatory Speech
Negative speech aimed toward a particular religion or ethnic group is unacceptable in any context.

Public or Private Information
Posts containing personal contact information such as names, street addresses, etc.- is exactly that, personal information. It may be of public record and obtainable for all, however this is not permitted and will be deleted.

Re-Posting Deleted Posts
Posts and links are removed for a reason. Re-posting prior deletions or spamming the queue will result with a ban from this site. Submitting or posting for someone else that has been banned from this site will result with the same action to be taken-a ban from this site, i.e. membership revocation.

No Spamming
No spamming the queue repetitively.

Repetitive Mail
If you have a website you want to advertise and want more exposure, we invite and welcome you to use our forums and classified sections to post there. No spamming our link submissions. That's worth mentioning several times.

Submission Queue Abuse
Links submitted that are violations of the posting content rules will be deleted from our systems. If repetitive abuse of these simple rules occurs, membership privileges will be suspended immediately. In extreme cases, this will result with a permanent ban from this site.

Tracking Tricks
Probably not necessary to mention, but all users of this site are to be informed. We realize some may attempt to create a new registration with us to evade a ban. All attempts to do so will be subject to an immediate suspension, and possibly a permanent ban.

Online Talk
We fully respect your privacy. We request you extend the same considerations to EIGHTBELLESLEGACY.NET. Any correspondence, grievances, site issues, business affiliation inquires, or communication with administrative personal is not to be discussed online in the forums within this site. Any questions, concerns, or individual harassment issues should be brought to our attention immediately. We will respond directly and make every attempt to moderate the issue. Members are not to discuss other member's profiles, temporary or active bans, permanent bans, or re-instated membership issues in the online forums. If it is reported that a single member is causing disruption to the site community or an individual member of this site, we will contact them directly through their personal profile e-mail communications and dissolve the issue internally. If you choose to make your e-mail address or personal information public within this site and exchange with other members, EIGHTBELLESLEGACY.NET will not be held neither, liable or responsible.

Your personal information is strictly confidential with us and is hidden data contained within each user's profile. We require the above to be clearly stated as part of the posting rules. Unfortunately for those who do not comply, it will be necessary to impose a permanent ban from this site in these rare cases.

System Security
Law enforcement and the appropriate ISP's will be notified upon any attempted hacking in any form, or any attempts to compromise the security of our systems. We will supply the Local and Federal Authorities with the suspect log files promptly.

These guidelines apply equally to ALL users, whether or not you have registered with us. There are no refunds of any kind to users if a ban or suspension (temporary or permanent) has been imposed. The rules apply equally the same for sponsored users or any related business affiliated users that break The Posting Rules.
